[Discuss] [History] [Revise]Trendmasters (Extreme Ghostbusters)

In 1997, Trendmasters released a collection of toys and action figures for the Extreme Ghostbusters television show. Although the line failed to reach the scale, scope, and popularity of the original Real Ghostbusters line, there was still a variety of different toys produced. One possible reason for the failure was the unusual time slots the show had or the fact that it was not on television in many areas.

Trendmasters released four human figures, deluxe version of the four figures with oversized Proton Packs, four ghosts, the Ecto-1 and two role playing accessories, the Proton Pack and Ghost Trap. Versions of Roland and Eduardo packaged with small vehicles were also produced but were not made widely available.
