There is an episode of The Real Ghostbusters that makes a Star Trek reference. In the episode Egon mentions a "transwarp drive" to Peter. For anybody who isn't familiar with certain Star Trek details a transwarp drive is a type of warp drive sometimes used in Star Trek.

Anyway, as it turned out the Ghostbusters didn't have a transwarp drive, Egon was just testing Peter to see if he was paying attention.

There were also Star Trek injokes all over the place in "Ain't NASA-Sarily So" with a bunch of characters being only thinly veiled swipes of ST characters, and the crew of the Galileo looking at Egon and going "He reminds me of someone..." (meaning the missing Spock expy)

And then there was the "Star Patrol" bit in "Station Identification", which even spoofed one of the most famous of all classic lines: "We're dead, Jim"

Of course, it can't be a huge surprise, as some of the RGB writers such as David Gerrold and Micheal Reaves also worked on Star Trek, and JMS even wrote at least one Star Trek comic book story before being the creator of Babylon 5.
