Spirit Halloween's officially licensed life size Zuul replica was 59" L x 29" W x 30" H.

I don't think that's the same dimensions as the ones in GB1 or Afterlife but I'm not sure.

I'm thinking about an EVA foam/ latex "skin" over a plastic armature (maybe PVC). My goal is to make a dog that is modular so it can be stored/ transported to different events
